Change Your Health Plan
You can change online:
- In the first 90 days you are enrolled in a Heritage Health Plan.
- During Open Enrollment from November 1 to December 15, every year.
If you want to change your health plan online, the Member Portal will walk you through the process step by step. Log in to the Member Portal to complete your change request.
