Annual Open Enrollment Change Options
Open Enrollment is a time every year when you can change your Heritage Health plan. If you are happy with your current health plan, you do not have to change, and no action is needed.
If you want to change your Heritage Health plan you can do so during Open Enrollment from November 1 to December 15. Your new plan will be effective January 1. You have many ways to change. You can:
